A NEW NAME WANTED.
The name is so bard to pronounce— Pahiatua, Pye-a-two-or; lie wants the old one to renounce And call it something newer. But what a name he’s hit upon— Oh Crewe 1 ’tis really cruel; Why to the fend at present on He’d surely add more fuel. I’d name it “ More-pork"—’tig a bird. That’s what the Maoris call it; A little owl—why, how absurd 1 I vote we have it “ Owlot." Croiskb.
