HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Ai.bkht Wkst Skdoolk to be the Returning Officer to conduct the first elections of woven Commissioners of the Town District of Pahiatim, as constituted under “The Town Districts Act, IHBI also to appoint Friday, the 3rd day of September, 1883, to be the time, and the Pahiatua Road Board < hlice, Pahiatua, to be the place, for holding such first elections; and also to appoint Tuesday, the 7th day of September, 1886, at 7 o’clock p.m., to be the time, and the said Pahintua Road Board Office to be the place, at which the first meeting of the Commissioners of the said Town Board shall bo held.
