Messrs. Stronach, Morris, and Co. report :— . Rabfoitskins.— We held our usual fortnightly sale on Monday, 27th inst, when we submitted a medium catalogue. Jgrices were much on a par with those rulingat the last sale, although bidding was Keen up to a certain pojint. Early winters brought' from lid to 12^d ; autumns, 9-jUI to lOfd ; summers, 6£d to 7£d • sprimg bucks, -7d to JJ^ci ; others, 6d to 7d ; small, 3d to . 4£d ; horse hair, 15cl to 18d. Sheepskins.— We held our sale on the 28th 'inst., when we submitted a medium catalogue to a large attendance of buyers. Bidding- was brisk, but prices showed no mprovemen.t on those ruling at the last sale, except for half-Tared, which advanced about £d per ft. We sold best half-bred, s£<d to 6d ; medium to good, 4d to 43 d ; best crossbred, 3M to 4-id'; medium to good, 2d to 3-id ; pelts, 3M to 4^d ; merino, 4d to 4£d for best, and 2|d to 3£d'for medium; lambskins, 3£d to 4-|d. Hides.— Our next sale will be held on Thursday, the 30th Inst. \ Tallow and Fat.— There has been a good deal cording forward lately, which is' readily taken up at late rates. Best tallow . brings from- 20s to 225" ; medium to good, 17s to 1,9s 6d ; inferior, 12s to 15s best rough lat, 16s to 18s ; medium to good, 11s to 15s.
