THE SYDNEY DIVORCE CASE.
Tub sensational divorce ca^e in Sydney of Coningham against Coi.injrh m\. 1:1 which the Very Rev. Dr. O'Haran was named aa co-respondent, after lasting several days came to an unsatisfactory termination on Friday last, the jury being unable to agree, and both partita being unwilling to accept a majority verdict. The case was tried but ore a judge and jury, all of the latter being non-Catholioe. Our Sydney correspondent informs us that eight of the jurors were in favor of giving a verdict for the co-respondent for whom universal sympathy is felt.
