No. 583 (1914)— Petition of Hoera Katipo and 15 Others; No. 618 (1914)— Petition of Te Paea Kingi and 10 Others. Praying for a rehearing re, the claim of the Ngaitai Tribe to a portion of Tunapahore Block. I have the honour to report that the Committee recommends that legislation be introduced providing for the division of the Tunapahore Block into three equal portions, one portion to be for each of the three tribes known as Apanui, Harawaka, and Ngaitai, the boundaries of the subdivisions to be fixed by the Native Land Court. 22nd September, 1915.

No. 113 (1915). —Petition of Huirama Ngatawa, of Ahipara. Praying for an inquiry re succession to interest of Ngatawa Panakareao (deceased) in Mangataeore Block. I am. directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition. 22nd September, 1915.

I am. directed to report that the Committee recommends that leave be given for the petition to be withdrawn. 22nd September, 1915.
