No. 62 (1915). —Petition of Hamiora Mangakahia, of AVhangapoua. Praying that means may be devised whereby lie may dispose of his interests in Maraetaha No. 2, Sections 3, 4, and 6, which lands are at present vested in the East Coast Commissioner. I am directed to report that, as a question of policy is involved, the Committee has no reoommendation to make. 10th September, 1915.

I am directed to report that, as a question of policy is involved, the Committee has no recommendation to make. 10th September, 1915.
