Praying that the Orakei Model Suburb Bill, empowering the Auckland City Council to compulsorily acquire the Orakei Native Reserve, be not allowed to pass. _ I am directed to report that, as the petitions refer to the Orakei Model Suburbs Bill, on which the Committee has already reported, the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to these petitions. 4th November, 1912.
