Orakei Model Suburb Bill. The Native Affairs Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that, as it is the opinion of the Committee that occupied land should not be taken from the Natives compulsorily except for public works, the Committee recommends that the Bill be not allowed to proceed. Ist November, 1912.
