The Native Affairs Committee has the honour to report that at the final meeting of the Committee, held yesterday afternoon, the following resolution was passed unanimously : — " That the Committee desires to place on record its appreciation of the ability, courtesy, and tact displayed by the Chairman, Mr. J. A. Young, at the meetings of the Committee ; that this resolution be entered on the minutes and reported to the House." 6th November, 1912.
