No. 232 (Sess. 11, 1912).—Petition of W. W. Nicholls and 6 Others, of Matamata North. Praying that no effect be given to petition of Hare Kereama and others re Matamata North Block. I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for consideration. 24th October, 1912.

No. 253 (Sess. 11, 1912).—Petition of Hon. Wi Pere, of Gisborne. Praying for a rehearing re relative interests in Waipaoa Block. I am directed to report that, as the petitioner has not exhausted his legal remedy, the Committee has no recommendation to make. 24th October, 1912.

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition. 24th October, 1912.

Praying for return of land known as Manawaora (part of Te Rawhiti No. 1 Block), which is at present in possession of the Crown. I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for consideration. 29th October, 1912.
