Presented to both Houses of the General Assembly in pursuance of Section 230 of " The Land Act, 1885."

Auckland. Gazetted: Temporarily, July 24, 1890, p. 830; permanently, Oct. 2, 1890, p. 1064. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, being Section No. 96, Parish of Waiheke, containing by admeasurement 46 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east generally by Section No. 94, Parish of Waiheke, 299 and 1936 links, and by a public road 68, 477, 726, 272, 689, and 410 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 96a, Parish of Waiheke, 572 links; towards the south-west by land granted to R. McLeod (No. 235, 0.L.C.), 4311 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 26, Parish of Waiheke, 856 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
