Presented to both Houses of the General Assembly in pursuance of Section 230 of " The Land Act, 1885."

Auckland. Gazetted: Temporarily, July 24, 1890, p. 830; permanently, Oct. 2, 1890, p. 1064. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, being Section No. 96, Parish of Waiheke, containing by admeasurement 46 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east generally by Section No. 94, Parish of Waiheke, 299 and 1936 links, and by a public road 68, 477, 726, 272, 689, and 410 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 96a, Parish of Waiheke, 572 links; towards the south-west by land granted to R. McLeod (No. 235, 0.L.C.), 4311 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 26, Parish of Waiheke, 856 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, being Section No. 9, Block XIII., Kaipara Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 235 acres and 4 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north by a public road and Section No. 3a, Block XIII. aforesaid, 4503 links; towards the east by Section No. 8 of the said block, 8192 links; and towards the south-east and south-west by the Te Heke Block, 1141 and 9100 links respectively, to the point of commencement :. be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; save and except a road, 100 links in width, which intersects the area hereinbefore described. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 190 acres, more or less, being Section No. 18, Block XV., Huiroa Survey District. Bounded on the north by Stanley Road, 1494-7 links; on the east by Section No. 17, 7155 links; on the south-west' by Section No. 2, 5900 links; and on the north-west by Stanley Road, 6810 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, New Plymouth. For primary education. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 162 acres, more or less, being Section No. 1, Block XIII., Ngatimaru Survey District. Bounded on the north by Section No. 1, Block IX., 1921 links ; on the east by the Douglas Road, 5330-8 links ; on the south by Section No. 2, 4974 links ; and on the west by Section No. 14 and by Crown land, 6582-2 links :be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, New Plymouth. Bounded on the north-east by Section No. Ill; on the east by the Mangatainoka River Road ; on the southwest and south-east by Native land and the Mangatainoka River Road ; and on the north-west by proposed railway: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington. For primary education. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Wellington, containing by admeasurement 340 acres, more or less, being Section No. 3, Block VI., Apiti Survey District. Bounded on the north by a public road ; on the east by Section No. 4 ; on the south by Sections Nos. 22 and 23, Block X. ; and on the west by Section No. 2 : as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.
