TRAFFIC OFFENDERS

SEVERAL CHARGES HEARD A small list of traffic offenders was dealt with by Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court, Hamilton, today. For failure to give way to righthand traffic Harold Edgar Monk was fined £1 and costs. For driving a motor-car without a warrant of fitness defendant was fined 10s and costs. A similar fine was imposed on a further charge of failure to possess a driver’s license. Pleading guilty to charges of driving a motor vehicle with the numberplate obscured and possessing no taillight Wesley Withers was fined 10s and costs on each count.
