HOME GUARD
UNIT AT TE AROHA (Special to Times.) TE AROIIA, Saturday. The membership of tnc No. 2 Battalion or the Home Guard which includes Te Aroha and district is increasing. The numbers ai the present are 648 attested members and the district commander. Captain Horn, expect- the total to nave reached 7no by the next return. The battalion is comprised or six companies and 22 platoon?. Two new appointments have been recommended. Mr. H. B. Hawke as Transport Officer and Mr. IL v. Middlenuss a 3 Adjutant.
