TRUCKS FOR ARMY IMPRESSED AT DUNEDIN (By Telegraph.—Press Association) DUNEDIN. Thursday The initial impressment of private lorries and trucks for use by the Army, occurred yesterday, the first warning being a letter in tne morning mail ordering delivery in the afternoon. One leading operator expressed the view that tradesmen’s deliveries are likely to be severely cut, if not abandoned, which was probably a good move as the Dominion was over-serviced in this respect.
