UNDEFENDED DIVORCE

DECREE NISI GRANTED An undefended divorce petition on grounds of separation was heard by the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, in the Supreme Court, Hamilton, today. A decree nisi was granted on respondent’s cross-petition set out in her answer, to Lily Bennett (Mr W. J. King) against Ernest Sampson Bennett (Mr A. E. Otto), who withdrew his petition. Interim custody of the two youngest children was granted to respondent.
