It is officially announced that five of the Italian aircraft which yesterday bombed the town have been brought down. Relief work was again interrupted by yesterday’s attack. Thousands | are still homeless and without shelj ter. The earthquake destroyed | practically all important buildings m j the town. and damaged the water | tower. The Italians yesterday also bombed Prevesa, injuring many Italian prisoners, according to a Greek communique. EARTHQUAKE VICTIMS ANGLO-AMERICAN HELP (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyriglit) (Received March 5, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, March 4 The Larissa earthquake .victims are receiving valuable assistance from British and American services. Six thousand blankets have arrived from the American relief, and some 150 tons of preserved food and other material have been given by the British authorities. Senior officers of the R.A.M.C. have also arrived.
