FOURTH REINFORCEMENTS

MEN HONOURED AT CAMBRIDGE A number of men of the Fourth Reinforcements being honoured provided a feature at the usual weekly dance held on Saturday in the Cambridge Town Hall for the entertainment of the territorials at present in camp at the racecourse. The combined St. Andrew’s, Trinity and Cambridge Lawn Tennis Clubs were responsible for the supper arrangements on behalf of the patriotic committee. During the evening members of the Cambridge Returned Soldiers’ Association and territorials formed a guard-of-honour for the men of the Fourth Reinforcements who were presented with wallets by Mrs A. H. Nicoll, wife of 'the deputy-mayor. The hall had been decorated with various flags, while in the supper room bowls of bright spring flowers were arranged on the tables.
