MARKED WITH TICKETS

RETAILED FROZEN MEAT (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Friday The Food Controller, Mr F. R. Picot, states that as a result of negotiations with the Master Butchers’ Association arrangements are being made to ticket all frozen meat as such. It will not be a sign of inferior quality, but to enable the pub-, lie to know what it is buying. The frozen meat released cannot be surpassed as it is export quality. It is expected that after the end of October greater supplies of fresh killed will be available and it will not be necessary to call upon freezing, works stocks.
