FRIENDSHIP WITH GERMANY (United Press Asn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 18 The London Times correspondent on the German frontier says that M. Suner, the Spanish Minister for the Interior who is visiting Germany was interviewed after his talks with Hitler and Ribbentrop and declared “Spain is only momentarily a nonbelligerent. General Franco will personally decide when to abandon aloofness.” Germany is making much of M. Suner’s visit, which it is declared coincides with Germany’s final settlement with Britian. The Voelkischer Beobachter states that Spain has taken up a position which leaves no doubt a« to her foreign aims. England and Spain have reached an agreement under which Spain will limit her oil imports to a quantity sufficient for her domestic consumption. The agreement is regarded as highly satisfactory. RATIONING IN DENMARK (United Press Asn. —Elec. Tel.
