TENNIS MEETING
WHITIORA CLUB The annual meeting of the Whitiora Old Pupils’ Tennis Club was held in the Whitiora School, when there was a good attendance. The election of officers resulted:—President, Mr F. W. Hare; vice-presidents, Mrs Campbell and Mr C. Nisbet; secretary, Miss H. White; treasurer, Mr F. W. Woodward; captain, Mr B.’ A. Cook; committee, Mrs Whitehead, Misses Y. Morrow, T. Gall, Messrs B. A. Cook, S. Lambie, C. Rotherham.
