RESHUFFLE BY PETAIN VVEYGAND FOR AFRICA IN AEROPLANE ACCIDENT (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 7, 3.15 p.m.) VICHY, Sept. 6 Marshal Petain has reshuffled his Cabinet, seven former Ministers being dropped. M. Laval, M. Baudouin and Admiral Darlan are again included, but General Weygand has been sent to Africa. A later message stated that the ’plane in which General Weygand was travelling overturned, landing at Clermont Ferrand. General Weygand was not hurt, but his aide was seriously injured.
