SUSPENSION OF RELATIONS UNDER NAZI PRESSURE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 5 Diplomatic relations between the Netherlands and France were suspended today. The Dutch received the decision of the Petain Government regretfully, but felt that the Vichy authorities were acting only under strong German pressure.

The presence at Vichy of Dutch officials enjoying diplomatic privileges, with freedom to inform their Government confidentially regarding the French situation, could evidently be tolerated no longer.
