MISSING AND INJURED
TWO AIR CASUALTIES (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Thursday The following Air Force casualties were announced tonight:— Pilot-Officer Harold Leslie North, admitted to the Royal Sussex Hospital, Chichester, suffering injuries as a result of air operations. His mother is Mrs R. R. North, of Lawrence, Otago. Pilot-Officer Nicholl Brian Fawcett, missing on air operations. His father is Mr F. P. Fawcett, of Feilding. HASTINGS PILOT KILLED (By Telegraph.—Press Association) HASTINGS, Friday A Hastings airman, Pilot-Officer Henry Michael Hoadley, son of Mr and Mrs H. V. Hoadley, of Hastings, has been killed in an aircraft accident in England. His parents received advice of his death this morning. Pilot-Officer Hoadley, who was aged 20, was a member of the Hawke’s Bay-East Coast Aero Club. He left last May for England after passing out of the school of instruction.
