ITALY MASSING TROOPS GRECO=ALBANIAN BORDER 260,000 SOLDIERS READY (United Pre-ss Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received August 29, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, August 28 The Times Athens’ correspondent states that further concentrations of Italian troops have been observed along Greco-Albanian border. This is regarded as official despite the denials from Rome. The number of Italian troops in the allegedly de-militarised zone is estimated at, at least 110,000. The total force of Albania cannot be less than 150,000.
