Children already registered will be evacuated from London in the next few days. There are still 300,000 children in the metropolitan evacuation area. The number is considered too large in present circumstances, and a plan has been prepared for their evacuation at the rate of 30,000 a day, but parents continue to be disinclined to register their children.
