MUTINY AGAINST FRENCH ALLOWED TO JOIN BRITISH (United Pr&S3 Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Aug. 21 Mr Josiah C. Wedgwood (Labour —Newcastle-under-Lyme), in the House of Commons revealed that a large number of Spanish members of the French Foreign Legion mutinied at a British port of embarkation and refused to return to France. They were later permitted to join the British military pioneer corps. Some will become instructors.
