SPEECH IN HOUSE TO-DAY REVIEW OF WAR SITUATION (Unlied Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlgnt) LONDON, August 18 Tlie most important event of the week in Parliament will be a statement by Mr Churchill on Tuesday on the progress of the war. This will be followed by a debate in public. On Thursday the House will adjourn until September 5. A debate is likely to take place on the motion for adjournment on issues raised by the internment of aliens of enemy nationality.
