BRITISH CHILDREN
ARRIVAL IN CANADA UNDER EVACUATION SCHEME (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlgnt) (Received .August 20, 3.15 p.m.) MONTREAL, Aug. 19 One hundred and forty-seven British children arrived happily at a port in Canada, where they were sent under the British evacuation scheme. The children were most impressed by the warm weather and the absence of Indians. Some thought they were in Australia, but decided not when they saw no kangaroos.
