FIGHTER SQUADRONS PRAISED ADMIRATION FOR VICTORIES (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Aug. 17, 12.55 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 16 The King has sent a message to Sir Archibald Sinclair, Minister for Air, saying: “ Please convey my warmest congratulations to the fighter squadrons who, in recent days, have been so heavily engaged in the defence of our country. I, like all their compatriots, have read with ever-increasing admiration, the story of their daily victories. I wish them continued success and the best of luck.”
