Copyright) (Received August 13, 3.15 p.m.) TOKIO, Aug. 12 The Domei Agency stated that the United States told Japan that the American restrictions on the export of aviation gasoline were a military necessity, not directed against any particular country, .therefore the United States cannot consider the Japanese protest.
