MONTHLY MEETING
ST. PAUL’S LADIES’ GUILD The monthly meeting of St. Paul’s Ladies’ Guild was held recently. The parlour had been tastefully decorated with vases of Iceland poppies and foliage. There was a large attendance of members and visitors, the president extending a welcome to all. The meeting opened with a hymn and a period of prayer, in which the sad and homeless of the world were especially remembered. Part songs by the League of Mothers singing circle, and solos by Mrs Fitzwilliams were greatly enjoyed. After a delicious afternoon tea had been served, a most interesting demonstration of bouquet making was given by Mrs C. Clark, who, on completion of her work, presented it to Mrs Bradley, the president. Mrs Bradley thanked all who had helped to make the afternoon a success.
