10th ANNUAL MEETING
LEAGUE OF MOTHERS The tenth annual meeting of the Hamilton branch of the League of Mothers was held recently, Mrs R. Street presiding. The annual report and balance sheet were presented and adopted. Officers for the coming year were elected as follows:—President, Mrs R. Street; life vice-president, Mrs W. Fraser; vice-presidents, Mrs H. Jacka, Mrs G. Moore; secretary, Mrs C. R. Edwards; assistant secretary, Mrs Pollard; treasurer, Mrs E. Riesterer; magazine secretary, Mrs E. Trevena; committee, Mesdames H. Fow, Mercer, Murphy, Huse, Baker, Lee, Gracie, Irvine, Wallace and McCoskrie.
Songs by Mrs Fitzwilliams and items by the choir were enjoyed. Afternoon tea, served by the committee, concluded the afternoon.
