CRASHED INTO STUMP

PASSENGERS FATALLY INJURED (Special to Times) GREYMOUTH, Tuesday One of the two men injured in a motor-car accident on Nelson Creek Road on Sunday, Mr William Baldwin, aged 58, died in the Grey Hospital this morning. The accident occurred to a car driven by Mr Laurie H. Wilson, licensee of the Commercial Hotel, Greymouth. As the car was going round a bend it crashed into a tree stump. Mr Baldwin suffered a fractured thigh, and Michael Mooney, aged 38, a fractured nose.
