PRIME BACONERS
ONLY TWO CLASSES (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Thursday An extension of the range of weights for classification of baconer pigs is contained in regulations issued with the Gazette. Under the old regulations three classes of prime baconers were stipulated, but the new provisions reduce these classes to tWO. The old provision fixed the range of weights of pigs coming within the baconer class from 1201 bto 1801 b, but the new regulations extend the weights from 1011 b to 1801 b.
