Copyright; LONDON, Dec 13 The British and French economic negotiations with Belgium have virtually ended, says the Brussels correspondent of the Times. Britain and France will allow Belgium to transport freely by sea essential products, provided they are not re-exported to Germany. No agreement has yet been reached regarding metals and ores. Britain and France do not intend to hamper Belgium’s food supplies, but the quantities imported must not exceed the normal pre-war imports.
