WATER LEVEL RECEDES (By Telegrapn.—Press Association) MASTERTON, Tuesday The rain eased off during the night i and the flood waters are receding. The water in the region of the Waiohine Bridge is lower and traffic is now able to get through. There are Email slips on many outback roads, but as far as Masterton is concerned the flood has not caused much damage. Pastures have greatly benefited by the rain. .
