OFFENSIVE IN THE SPRING TO BUILD UP SUPPLIES GREAT ACTIVITY IN AIR (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlg-ht) COPENHAGEN, Oct. 31 The Politiken’s Berlin correspondent says that German military experts consider it would be madness to launch an offensive before the spring. Mean-while Germany will exert the greatest diplomatic activity and will build up supplies.

Great aerial activity prevails. Six French machines, when flying over Luxembourg, encountered violent anti-aircraft fire.
