“TRIPS” OVER GERMANY ROYAL AIR FORCE ACTIVITY (omclal Wireless) (Received Nov. 1, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, Oct. 31 Authoritative circles regard the Royal Air Force reconnaissance flight over Northern Germany yesterday as one of the most successful undertaken since the Air Force began “trips” over Germany.
A proclamation enables aliens to join the South African coast garrison or citizen forces. A special unit, styled the Foreign Legion, is also being formed.
