DOMINION DAY TOURNEY BANK OFFICERS AT PLAY The annual Dominion Day hanks’ golf tournament was held at St. Andrews links to-day under ideal conditions. The following were the leading scorers in the two grades, after the itrst 18 holts of the 30hole stroke play:— A grade: it. F. Edmonds (Auckland), 77; L. H. Little (Matamata), 82; W. c. Wynne (Hamilton), C. C. Ladner (Hamilton) 84; A. W. McLeod (Te Aroha), R, McKinnon (Hamilton), D. 11. Budd (Auckland) 85; ■C. Doreen (Matamata) 86; A. R. Todd (Te Aroha) 88; B. Chalmers (Lochlel), W. Me* Corkindale (Matamata), A. W. Newton (Lochlel) 99. B grade: J. Heeps (Hamilton) 01; R. B. Hart (Hamilton) 92; R. Gordin (Hamilton), R. L. Sutcliffe (Matamata; 94; J. A. Grant (Otorohanga), A. W. Guinness (The Narrows) 95; J. Bevan (Hamilton) 96; A. M. Small (Ngaruawahit) 97; S. J. Walker (Lochiel) and J. Cameron (Pukekohe) 99. The winner of the A grade morning bogey was R. F. Edmonds, 1 down, with D. H. Budd, 2 down, runner-up. The B grade winner was J. Bevan, with 2 down.
