WENT DOWN WITH SHIP COMMANDER OF COURAGEOUS COMMONS PAYS TRIBUTE RUGBY, Sept. 20 Mr Winston Churchill, First Lord of the Admiralty, slated in the House of Commons that the Commanding Officer of the Courageous went down with the ship.
