EFFECT ON GERMAN PEOPLE COPIES IN PRISONERS’ POCKETS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) NEW YORK, Sept. 18 That the British idea of dropping leaflets in German territory has value is shown by the fact that a number of prisoners taken by the French last week had copies in their pockets, says the military correspondent of the New York Times in Paris.
