NEUTRAL NATIONS
DISCUSSIONS WITH BRITAIN IN MOST FRIENDLY MANNER (Official Wireless) (Received Sept. 20, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 19 A Ministry of Information communique states that Britain has informed neutral nations that it is ready to consider at all times their suggestions. Discussions are proceeding in the most friendly manner. Britain will continue every effort to take account of the trading needs of neutrals.
