Copyright) (Received Sept. 20, 11.10 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 19 The Italian Line has refused to permit holders of German and Czechoslovak passports to sail on the Rex. Such passengers were put ashore just prior to the sailing. Officials said the orders came from Genoa but declined t<*> explain their action, which has closed the only entry to the Reich from the United States, due to the blockade.
