Sept. 17 A heavy explosion occurred at 8 p.m. yesterday in the vicinity of the Air Ministry headquarters. The cause and the extent of the damage are unknown. Scores of windows were broken and the streets were littered with broken glass. Officials declined to indicate ihe cause. Tljjp explosion occurred during the nightly black-out when the streets were deserted. The Propaganda Ministry states that the persons responsible are being energetically sought. COPENHAGEN, Sept. 17 The Berlin correspondent of the Politiken states that it appears that the bomb destroyed the whole entrance to the German Ministry and caused immense damage in surrounding streets.
