TODAY’S RECIPE
ROAST MINCE ROLL One pound mince meat made into a roll. Roll in a good coating of tomato sauce and then in seasoned breadcrumbs. Place in a meat dish with a little dripping and bake slowly for 1 hour. Serve with mashed potatoes, spinach and onion sauce.
