PROGRESS OF CONTRACTS COMPARATIVE FIGURES (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELL IN GTON, Saturday. In connection with the establishment of maternity benefits under the Social Security Act, the Minister of Health. Die Hon. P. Fraser, announces that the position yesterday as regards contracts was as follows:—l42 licensees of private maternity hospitals have contracted, and 140 obstetric nurses.
