Copyright) PARIS, June 1 The death from heart failure of Lieutenant-General Sir William Raine Marshall is announced. lie had a distinguished military career, commanding troops at Gallipoli and in Salonika and Mesopotamia. In 1934 he made a tour of New Zealand.
