SHOWQROUNDB BUILDING COMPLAINT OF HEALTH OFFICERS A complaint that the premises used as a bar at the Claudelands showgrounds was in an insanitary condition was made by the Health Department to the Hamilton Licensing Committee yesterday when the committee expressed the opinion that the owners of the building should see that it complies with the provisions of the Health Act. The chairman of the committee, Mr S. L. -Paterson, S.M., said the building was used when a conditional license was granted for fixtures at the showgrounds. When applications for conditional licenses are being considered in the future, added the chairman, regard would be given by the committee lo *he sanitary conditions of the huildxs.
