ANNUAL GOLF MEETING
PRESENTATION TO SECRETARY The annual meeting of the Otorohanga Golf Club was held recently. Mr T. Lear was elected president and Mr C. A. Jackson secretary. Mr A. B. Mossman announced his intention of presenting a silver to he known as “The Corbett Memorial,’’ for local competition. The date of the annual ball was fixed for April 18. At the conclusion of the meeting Mr R. E. Pilkington, on Denali of the members of the Golf Club, presented Mr C. Jackson and Miss Morley with a handsome chiming on the occasion of their appi caching marriage. Mr Jackson suitably replied.
